 A study published in the latest issue of the Indian Journal of Medical Research evaluates anti arthritic impact of green - fresh Dhania / Coriander as well as ground seeds!
 It has been found to inhibit joint swelling and to control the spread of the disease, with no side effects. All Indian curries and dry cooking uses this spice liberally, to add flavour and body to the dishes. The fresh green chopped leaves liven up any table setting. The fresh green bunch of Dhania leaves come free with any seasonal fresh vegetable purchase, every morning.
 It is also ground with fresh green chillies and /or garlic and tomatoes , a sprinkling of salt to make chutnies.
